Usage Policy

All of the material that can be found across all of my websites is copyrighted © Keith Bertelsen, with years ranging from 1996 until 2008. All HTML and CSS for the webpages is copyrighted, as is all of my creative output, be it creative writing, art, or music. Credit is provided for things not produced by me on the website in question.

All rights over all of this material are reserved, except for those normally understood to be in the domain of Fair Use. I respectfully request that if you wish to use some of my work in such a Fair manner to please let me know through the Contact page.

What I mean by Fair Use is as defined in United States Copyright Law. In short, if you wish to quote it in a review or use it for inspiration, feel free. I also give permission to redistribute the .pdf files of my writings so long as they remain unchanged and all credit is given.

When it comes to code, including the HTML and CSS for the websites, I have no problems with aspiring web programmers or designers looking and/or copying my ideas. I learned how to do HTML and CSS by seeing how other people did it and, yes, sometimes copying. I request credit if you reproduce something ingenious, and I also request that you don't take everything straight as I did it. Otherwise, I don't care, although I would not mind a notice, so that I could see your site, and learn from what you do with it.
